RIB are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced and talented Project professional to join our team as a Project Delivery Manager/Programme Manager. Working from our Brisbane or Sydney Office, you will operate as a critical member of our team in working with some of the most prestigious companies in the region managing their delivery programme.

The successful candidate is agile, proactive, possesses an exceptional attitude and is prepared to go the extra mile to assist in delivering multi faceted solutions. As a team player and a strong communicator, you seamlessly switch from being on the tools to customer engagement.  This position will enable you to work as part of a highly collaborative, global team of creative and motivated individuals in a company whose core values focus on inclusivity, innovation, teamwork, entrepreneurialism and ownership to deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ideally you will possess most of the below Skills or Experiences required fulfil the role:

• Stakeholder engagement - including workshops, meetings and formal agreements on project and delivery requirements.
• Planning, executing and closing project deliverables
• Performing quality assurance and risk planning
• Undertaking proactive continuity planning and developing an understanding of the ongoing requirements of the business
• Managing delivery team members and deliverables from across a wide group of skillsets
• Project budget and scheduling estimation and management
• Conducting status reviews and 360 reviews with both team members and clients
• Agile sprint planning
• Agile user story analysis
• Highly motivated, exceptional work ethic, possessing a positive attitude & well-developed time management skills.

What you will need to succeed:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in the following areas:

• Minimum 5 years in the construction or IT industry
• Minimum 3 years in a project management role
• Managing project deliverables in a number of differing project governance models
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, on scope, quality, time and budget
• Writing project management documents and reporting
• Knowledge of common tools utilised in project management delivery
